Saturday (Weekly) USCF Rated Grand-Prix | 5 Locations
We're very excited to launch our fall season of weekly practice events tomorrow with our USCF-rated Grand Prix training series!
The Grand Prix is the perfect chess training gym to get rating points, offering up to six rated games per Saturday with game analysis by the strongest coaching corps in scholastic chess. (See our videos below.)
We are now running our Grand Prix training series at five sites: three in Manhattan and two in Brooklyn. Grand Prix will prepare your child for real tournament life, up to and including the major championships at the City, State, and National levels.

If you want your child to train with slower time controls and higher rated play, check out our Elite Quads, for 1000+ USCF players. We are running Elite Quads at two sites, one in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn.

These weekly training events will also prepare your child for our monthly Team Tournaments, which kick off on October 29th. Brooklyn teams go head to head at PS 230, and Manhattan team will battle at PS 130m.

Please note, these events are capped, so don't wait to sign up!
If your child is new to tournament life and wants to ease into it with a more instructional approach, don't miss our Rookie Academy events, which run on the first Saturday of each month at all our Grand Prix sites.
We are also running All-Girls Events the third Saturday of each month at all our Grand Prix sites, to help train girl players in a supportive environment in preparation to meet their major goals such as the All-Girls National Championship in Chicago this coming April.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me or any of our directors with questions.
We look forward to seeing your kids develop this year!
