Camp Location:

• Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) - 215 Centre St, NYC

WELCOME ALL PLAYERS GRADES K & OLDER, from any school.

All Impact Coaching Network (ICN) chess camps are peanut-free!

A unique Team-First camp training approach dedicated to building and preparing players/teams for City, State & National Competitions.

Our Training Camps provide a perfect combination of USCF rated match play, group analysis, individual coaching opportunities, daily themed lectures, social play and much more.

In addition to our robust chess schedule, we are thrilled to offer dedicated art labs at our Manhattan locations. In partnership w/ LESArtlab under the leadership of George Skelcher. All campers will have access to art throughout each camp day.

*Players will be grouped based on their appropriate level.
*Pizza lunch & a snack included. Campers are welcome to bring lunch as well.

* Campers are recommended to bring Water Bottles (as it will not be provided)

Approximate Camp Schedule:

8:45 AM - 4:30 PM

• 8:45 - 9:00 => Drop Off

• 9:00 - 9:45 => Gather & Social Play

• 9:45 - 11:30 => Team Groupings, Lessons & 1st USCF Rated Game (G25, D5)

• 12:00 - 1:30 => Lunch (Pizza is provided), Park Play, Social Chess Play

• 1:45 - 2:15 => Lessons

• 2:30 - 3:30 => 2nd USCF Rated Game & Group Post-Mortem Game Review (Social Chess Play, Individual Coaching Opportunities)

• 3:30 - 4:00 => Snack Time & Free Choice Time

• 4:00 - 4:30 => Pick-up

• 4:15 - 4:30 => Late Pick-up

• August 26th - August 30th

Camp Rates:

• Single Day Rate = $139

• Weekly Rate = $649

• 4 Week Summer Camp Deal (can be shared between siblings) = $2,336

Camp Protocol & Safety:

• We cap player registration each week (first come first served).

• Parents are required to check in and drop-off at the main entrance. Only campers and staff will have access to the camp facilities.
