Record-Breaking Turnout at the Annual Manhattan & Brooklyn Winter Cups!
The Manhattan & Brooklyn Winter Cups witnessed an unparalleled turnout this past weekend with well over 600 competitors joining making this our all time record for the number of single-day participants!
The sight of 636 students across both boroughs passionately engaging in the Winter Cups eagerly anticipating which team would win the victory of the Winter Cup was nothing short of inspiring. This weekend truly showcased the dedication and excitement that our chess community brings to the table.
A special congratulations to the reigning champions The PS 130 Brooklyn Lions and PS 33 Chelsea Prep from Manhattan for winning their respective cups!!!
