ICN's Star Student

As we wrap up the Spring Semester, we'd like to congratulate Kai Waters from PS32 as June's Star Student!

Kai has been a source of energy and enthusiasm for his club and continues to exceed expectations.

Ever since Kai joined the PS32 Brooklyn Bishops in the Fall, Kai has grown into a natural leader, inspiring the younger generation of students into training diligently on ChessKid and trying your best at chess club. Kai also participated for the first time at the State Championships in Saratoga Springs, New York, this year and was a top scorer on the team.

Kai has solved over 2400+ puzzles this year at a consistent rate, always challenging for the top spot on the PS32 leaderboards. Even with the chess year ending, Kai has consistently been completing his chess studies on ChessKid at a very high level!

We are very proud of Kai for his successful year and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in the Summer and Fall.
