Join the Summer Fun | In-Person + Virtual Options

Dear Chess Families,

The kids are FIERCE this summer. I think we're all of a mind to make up for lost time!

Between our in-person locations in Manhattan & Brooklyn, as well as our Virtual Camp, Summer League, and Saturday Quads, I predict that all these summer chess students will be the cornerstones of some very strong teams come September!

Our Manhattan & Brooklyn Camps are enjoying the best of summer: fresh air and sun at the park (they played soccer in Prospect Park yesterday), with mental gymnastics over the board. They're also following GM Shankland's games in Sochi live while they work.

Grandmaster Shankland visited us on Monday this week, since his World Cup bid started yesterday. Our camps are tracking his progress and analyzing his games with the coaches (he's currently locked in a battle with Georgian GM Baadur Jobava, known for his offbeat repertoire).

Congratulations to all those who showed up today for Team Shirt Fridays, we look forward to seeing more team shirts in the coming weeks.
