ICN's Star Student

Our February Star Student goes to Lower Labs Royal Buchanan. This February Royal broke 2000 USCF and became a United States Chess Expert! While earning his 5th star in the Lower Lab Hall of Fame, Royal becomes on the 2nd player in ICN program history to reach expert level.
