ICN's Star Student

This past weekend, Chenyu from PS 59 broke 1600 USCF and is now ranked in the Top 10 girls in the United States (9 years old)

She learned to play chess in our program just over 2 years ago by Coach Aaron and played in her 1st tournament in January of 2018.

She is a hard worker with a supportive family and I am not surprised by her success.
