Tournament & Camp Guide
Good Afternoon Chess Friends & Families!
Our Fall programs are off to an exciting start! This week, we welcomed well over 1300 players, representing 26 programs and diverse communities across NYC (including the launch of a number of new programs).
With our Fall programs underway, we will soon launch our auxiliary programming, which includes a number of exciting tournaments as well as camps.
Our tournament schedule includes our weekly Grand Prix on Saturdays and our Monthly Team tournament with plenty of prizes and team spirit. The schedule also includes monthly Rookie Academy for our newer players and monthly All-Girls tournaments.
Brooklyn Location - PS 230 Lower School - 425 McDonald Ave, Brooklyn
Manhattan Location - PS 111, 440 West 53rd Street, NYC
Our Tournament schedule will launch October 1st (Brooklyn) and October 8th (Manhattan)
Our camps will run on every day schools are closed and are appropriate for players just learning the game of chess all the way up to our nationally ranked players competing at the highest levels of scholastic chess. Both our camps and tournaments will include Brooklyn and Manhattan locations and the world-famous Marshall Chess Club for our 1000+ USCF rated players.

Our Camp schedule will launch September 26th & 27th
The single thread throughout our tournament and camp schedule is preparing our players and teams for the annual City, State and National competitions. This year, both Grade Nationals and Elementary Nationals are within driving distance of NYC, and we are looking forward to putting a record number of players on the field.
