PS 33 Tournament Raises 540 Sets for The Gift of Chess!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our PS 33 Hosted February Virtual Team Tournament! With 187 players participating it was an exciting day of competition across all three sections! Over 20 teams competed for both individual and team recognition.

Our PS 33 Hosted Virtual Team Tournament was in support of the Gift of Chess which aims to give 10,000 chess sets to 10,000 NYC public school students with the goal of transforming virtual learning into community building one set a time. We are thrilled to announce that we raised 540 sets for this very important cause! Leading the way is our friends from Speyer Legacy!
