G & T Camp Travels to the Hamptons

On Thursday July 27th, seven G & T campers along with two coaches traveled to Bridgehampton for the First Annual NYC vs Hamptons Summer Chess Challenge. 

Excitement ran high and our team from NYC spent the early morning Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) journey preparing for the big match! 

It was a highly competitive match which featured some of the Countries very best including GM Magesh Panchanathan playing board # 1 for the Hamptons team.
