Dear G & T Chess Families,

Over the years we have aspired to provide an opportunity for our highest performing players to come together for unparalleled peer to peer scholastic competition while also fostering a friendly and supportive playing and learning environment.

We promised to provide uninterrupted playing opportunities during these times and we have. Unfortunately, the technology we have used has not supported our standard of excellence, detracting from our events and competitions.

Moving forward we will be exploring new technology partners as we also work alongside our current partners to provide feedback and product improvement. In the meanwhile, we will no longer be offering our G & T Saturday Octagons. We do hope to be able to resume in the near future and all current Team and Individual standings will resume at that time. We thank all of you for believing in our G & T Octagons and supporting us every step of the way.

With that said, our G & T Online Community remains open with access to daily tournaments and live lectures including daily stats and standings, social rooms and much much more. Even though the technology is far from perfect, the overall positive experience has far outweighed any issues.

We continue to welcome new players each week and we hope many of you will consider joining us over the coming weeks and months. Currently we welcome approximately 40 players 1000 + USCF into our daily events.
